Please read this End User License Agreement (“EULA”) carefully before using WS One — Power Admin (“the App”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.
1. License Grant
MDM Architect (“Licensor”) grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, solely for your personal or internal business purposes, subject to the terms of this EULA and the Apple App Store Terms of Service.
2. Restrictions
You may not: (a) copy, modify, or distribute the App; (b) reverse engineer, disassemble, or decompile the App; (c) rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the App; (d) use the App for any unlawful purpose; (e) remove any proprietary notices or labels on the App.
3. Intellectual Property
The App and all copies thereof are proprietary to MDM Architect and title thereto remains with MDM Architect. All rights in the App not specifically granted in this EULA are reserved to MDM Architect. The App is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions.
4. Third-Party Services
The App connects to Omnissa Workspace One UEM servers that you configure. Your use of those services is governed by the applicable terms of service and privacy policies of those services. MDM Architect is not responsible for any third-party services.
5. Privacy
The App does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data with MDM Architect or any third party. All data is stored exclusively on your device. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. MDM ARCHITECT DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL MDM ARCHITECT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP.
8. Apple App Store
This EULA is between you and MDM Architect only, not with Apple Inc. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of this EULA and may enforce it against you.
9. Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the App in your possession.
10. Governing Law
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
