Overview
WS One — Power Admin (“the App”) is a macOS administration tool for Omnissa Workspace One UEM environments. This privacy policy explains how the App handles your data.
The App does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data with the developer or any third party.
Data Stored Locally
The App stores the following data exclusively on your device:
- API Credentials — Client ID, Client Secret, and Tenant Code are stored securely in the macOS Keychain, protected by your system encryption.
- Tenant Configuration — Tenant names, REST API host URLs, and OAuth token URLs are stored in the Application Support directory as a local JSON file.
- Preferences — EULA acceptance status and application settings are stored in UserDefaults.
No data is stored on external servers, cloud services, or any location outside your Mac.
Network Communication
The App communicates exclusively with the Workspace One UEM servers that you configure. Network requests are made directly from your device to your own Workspace One environment for the purpose of authenticating via OAuth 2.0, querying and managing devices, users, profiles, tags, and smart groups, and executing MDM commands and ADE profile assignments.
The App does not contact any other servers. There are no analytics services, crash reporting tools, advertising networks, or telemetry endpoints of any kind.
Data Collection
The App collects no data whatsoever. Specifically: no personal information, no usage analytics or telemetry, no crash reports, no device identifiers or fingerprinting, no advertising data, no location data.
Data You Process
When using the App, you may access, view, export, or modify data within your Workspace One UEM environment. This data travels directly between your Mac and your Workspace One server. You are the data controller for any personal data processed through the App. The developer has no access to your Workspace One environment or the data within it.
GDPR Compliance (EU Users)
For users in the European Union and European Economic Area: The App only stores data necessary for its core functionality. You can delete all locally stored data at any time via API Settings > Delete All Data. No data leaves your device except to communicate with the Workspace One servers you configure. The App does not profile users or make automated decisions.
Third-Party Services
The App does not integrate with any third-party services, SDKs, or libraries that collect data. The only external communication is with Workspace One UEM servers configured by you.
Children’s Privacy
The App is a professional IT administration tool not intended for use by children. It does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under the age of 13.
Changes to This Policy
If this privacy policy is updated, the changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Effective date: May 11, 2026.
